Whenever I look around, I see and think of many possibilities. I believe in Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ’s maxim that education should enable individuals to become more efficient and achieve the legitimate goals of their life (King Jr., 1947). I think, education should give people means to an end, which implies that people should have the ability to solve problems, as well as to think logically and critically. I believe these are also the same objectives NYU strives to achieve. It is also the prominent reason I hope to be part of this vast community of innovative and critical thinkers, who want to transform communities with their knowledge.
I would like to major in Computer Engineering and take Finance or Mechanical Engineering as minor disciplines at NYU ’s Tandon School of Engineering. I am particularly attracted to this school because of its commitment in promoting and supporting innovation. The school runs several labs in partnership with private investors to nurture young entrepreneurs . My goal is to open an innovation hub in the near future to support young talents and provide them with access to capital, markets, and equipment necessary to achieve their dreams. I would like to test this idea while studying, and I think NYU has vast resources to make my dream come to reality.

Although I am strongly passionate about studying Computer Engineering at Tandon School of Engineering, I can also be prolific in the extracurricular activities . These talents make me a self-driven and all-round individual. I believe I can make a tremendous impact at NYU because of these abilities and emerge as one of the greatest students at the institution.
