For the first survey the research was conducted through questionnaires that assessed the experiences of people having mental illnesses and their families with private health insurance (National Alliance on Mental Illness, 2015). The results obtained from the findings were supplemented with various analysis to offer credibility of the paper, and hence its reliability and validity in conducting the research. For the second article, the survey was formatted with different variables that were categorized as dependent and independent variables. The independent variables came first in the questionnaire since they are used to measure the level of dependent variables. They included demographic data such as age, occupation and ethnicity among others (Adeoye-Agboola, & Evans, 2015) . This design allowed students to answer the questionnaires in a more legitimate manner.
Criterion – related
The first survey revealed that there is still more work to be done in realizing true parity in substance use care and mental health, even though there is progress made in law with regards to the issue at hand. The criterion employed identified a number of barriers that limits the country to achieve parity. In that connection, it offers recommendations that would assist in achieving parity, and therefore improve the healthcare offered to patients.

The second article identified that anxiety has a significant impact to the performance of students in academics (Adeoye-Agboola, & Evans, 2015) . The factors identified that leads to anxiety are such as discrimination, social support, weather and limitations in language among others.
Content
The first survey offers a strong content in that the information obtained from the survey was reinforced with more information from various research articles, thus offered a valid and reliable content. The second survey is a weak content since focus of the paper only aims at anxiety as the prime factor to students’ performance, yet there are many other factors that determine the students’ performance.
