In the medical setting, the factor of providing adequate and outstanding health care is essential to patient care places. For instance, the concept of patient experience is no longer about the standard measures of health care quality and results. An average of twelve aspects is put together to establish the knowledge of the patient with every character having a sensitive influence on the ability to retain and attract the patients. Better health results are recorded among the patients who are active in monitoring their health progress and care. Improved patient engagement is considered a necessary factor that dictates a process where the patient recover effectively with the adequate presentation of their health conditions (Walsh & Khan, 2019). Therefore, this paper presents the evaluation of the concept if enhancing patient engagement by identifying the scope of the project, stakeholders, and identification of a suitable solution.
Scope of the Project
The range of this paper aims at identifying the importance of advancing patient engagement in healthcare service deliveries. The approach in the article helps in identifying the problem and exploration of some tips that are applicable in enhancing the experiences of patients in the service delivery that would be essential in improving the results or patient care as well as keeping the health providers engaged in their activities and performances adequately. Patients who focus and support their health care are at higher chances of recording better health outcomes that report significant satisfaction in their health with the experiences of lower health-related costs (Walsh & Khan, 2019). The project, therefore, aims at establishing the main objective that would drive the patient care in developing the digital care structure that is applicable beyond the actual clinical treatment process. The main problem is the introduction of technology in the enhancement of patient engagement.

Stakeholder
In the understanding of the process of enhancing the patient engagement process, various stakeholders are included who dictate the level of service the patient gets and also the outcome of the healthcare service provided. The health officer, mainly nurses and doctors and other professionals, are the leading stakeholders in the identification of the healthcare service provider. The health professionals are responsible for enhancing patient engagement since they suggest the actual operations needed to promote the organizational performances in general. Also, the patient is an essential individual in the process of enhancing patient engagements. For instance, the patient gives the most significant portion of efforts on how they respond to the provided healthcare services. The families and friends to the patient are also significant stakeholders in the engagement of the patient since they give support to the patient and health professionals when providing healthcare by either financing the process or giving moral support to the patient (Armstrong et al., 2017). This activity is essential in ensuring the patient responds positively to the projected healthcare awarded by all the stakeholders, thus promoting the concepts of patient engagements.
Solution and Proposal for the Solution
The concept of enhancing patient engagement practices would be solved by achieving three main objectives. The main problem in promoting patient engagement is the application of technologies in healthcare provision. Three significant solutions would include the approach of keeping the patients in touch after discharge from the hospitals, leverage artificial intelligence without spending a lot of money, and also remembering who is being addressed throughout the process. The process of keeping the patients engaged after they leave hospital facilities the patient would still require accessible services of the health professional thus they would stay involved by delisting simple ways of scheduling appointments as well as pushing for a straight forward and transparent billing system that would be essential in promoting the patient engagement. Also, the leverage of the artificial intelligence without spending a lot of money would solve the problem of enhancing patient engagement. The application of the technology would be the best approach in advancing patient engagement practices (Barello et al., 2016). Lastly, identifying the one being addressed is also in promoting the patient engagement process as detailed in the healthcare service delivery.
History of the Problem
In the health and medical system, the concept of patient engagement in health research practices has occurred significantly over the past ten years; thus, it misidentified as the next subject of medical evolution. Nevertheless, limited evidence is presented on the precise scope and role of the concept of enhancing patient engagement and lack of evidence of how it would affect the outcome of health provision practices. Therefore, significant opportunities are presented for the health researcher to aim at validating the methods and results that would be applied in encouraging the enhancement of patient engagement.
The model used to Improve Patient Engagement
The concept of enhancing the patient engagement process would be encouraged by specific models such as the patient engagement framework that is established to guide the healthcare organizations in strengthening and developing specific strategies for the patient engagement programs through the applications of health resources and tools. The model is applied in five major stages that include the inform me, engage me, empower me, partner with me, and support my E-community in improving the patient engagement approaches in healthcare settings.
How to Include Caregivers
Families and caregivers might be instrumental in promoting patient engagement by improving the patient care process. The caregivers are essential for the patient since they are viewed as a support system to the patient. The caregivers are then included in the framework for the enhancement of patient engagement by supporting the actual operation of both the medical expert and the patient (Barello et al., 2016). The caregiver is given the responsibility to keep watch and maintain the patient’s availability through the recovery process that aims at attaining the best outcome from the healthcare recovery process.
List of Outcome that can be achieved
Successful application of enhancing patient strategies would result in various outcomes in the process. For instance, sufficient and adequate presentation of enhanced parent engagement would attain results such as advancing the engagement, reducing the readmission and managing care transitions, improving the safety of the patients, and increasing the work satisfaction and flow of the engaged healthcare personnel. The advancing engagement displays the information generated from the understanding of an individual’s behaviors that includes factors of how data is interpreted as well as identifying what motivates the activity. Another outcome, such as reducing readmission and managing care transitions engages the patients in the recovery stages that are essential in avoiding readmission, eliminating complications and supervising the process of recovery that is essential in dictating the practical way the patient recovers when engaged effectively (Barello et al., 2017). The improvement of the patient’s outcome is also a potential outcome that is simple to understand contents in the system that the patients can utilize at their own time through the technical assistance that would be effective for the use in general.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the concept of enhancing patient engagement is an essential process in the healthcare facilities that aims at establishing a proper way for the patient's recovery process. In healthcare, the process of engaging the patients to participate adequately in the care plans during their recovery process is an essential structure needed to organize a fast recovery process of the patient. However, various challenges are experienced and solved in s medical practices to ensure the subject attains support and treatment throughout their recovery periods. Therefore, this paper is instrumental in describing the actual factors applicable to understanding the actual operations that would promote the standards in healthcare.
