Can you think of a film where the bad guy/villain is so seductively attractive that it sends the wrong message?

I think the film called “You” uses a seductively attractive villain. The character named Joe, is a guy who becomes obsessed with a lady named Beck. He stalks the lady for a while and finally end up winning her love. Joe ultimately end up killing Beck, among many people in Beck’s life. The series has gained massive fan base since it began streaming in 2018 on Netflix. The success of the film can be attributed to the way Joe appearance entices the audience. The audience concentrates on his physical looks to an extend that we ignore the terrible things he has done. I believe people wonder is they will ever find a person who loves them deeply just like Joe. It is the interest of the casting director to use attractive characters even to the villains. With a handsome or beautiful actor, personality becomes unimportant because the audience focus more on the why the actors look like.

When growing up, did your school strike the right balance of discipline and indulgence? In your view, is it too much or too little discipline the great danger?

I believe that when I growing up, the schools from that era stroked the right balance of discipline and indulgence because we were given adequate discipline when we messed up. Indulgence was applied only when there was a genuine reason for doing something wrong. Parents used to treat every incident as relevant and apply the necessary discipline to prevent development of bad behaviors. Discipline is a form of teaching children the right thing and parental support in this area is very crucial. In the contemporary society, parents treat children as innocent therefore they are hardly disciplined. Parents tend to lean on indulgence, which in turn result in failure to develop a more constructive behavior pattern. Too little discipline is a danger because it will result in bringing up children who are not polite, unkind, and ill mannered. Discipline helps teach children the significance of caring and gentleness towards everyone, so that they become good people when they grow up.
