In the global society there are certain leadership requirements which determine the overall success or failure of most operations. A leader should possess certain qualities to enhance the way certain decisions are made and the flow of activities within the set organization. For effective leadership most individual apply quality services to ensure that the wellness of the business is maintained at all costs. Leadership entails broad perspectives which not only focus on giving direction but also leading other people on what to do. An authentic leadership prospect requires a consideration on genuine features through proper behavioral standards, virtues and possession of distinct values (Northouse, 2019). The whole consideration thus governs the flow of activities since a level of self-responsibility is maintained fully. Interpersonal growth and development necessitates a platform for the leaders where they significantly exercise their roles, abilities and responsibilities to maintain the safety and success of the business.

Most authentic leaders are therefore spiritually upright since they possess certain features which are mentioned in most scriptures for efficient leaders. Therefore they apply their distinct qualities to ensure the smooth running of activities through a developmental state. They lead from proper conviction since they approve their abilities through genuine operations, proper attitude, character and behavioral features. Certain interpersonal demands grant them a broad viewpoint in life where they apply self-knowledge, self-concept and self-regulation while participating in the decision-making framework (Engstrom, 1976). From critical and creative thinking practices the leaders manage to formulate better operation practices within their work designations to ensure that the proper running and well-being of the set organization is fully maximized. The presence of scriptures acts as a guidance to most of them since they operate in line with the Biblical requirements. It proves that the leadership life theory is quite Biblical since it plays a major role in defining the state of being of most individuals and how they get to relate with other people in totality.
