Cost leadership . This involves just placing the best prices for products in the market.
Generally, Samsung uses differentiation as the business strategy. The products are not the least expensive but are unique with specific features. The other four business strategies are not bad to be used. Although this is the case, if they decide to switch, loyal customers like me would find it quite difficult to use their products and services, this is because we do not want to use the cheapest products in the streets, and again not the most expensive. It is at this level that we are able to balance both good quality and fair prices, which wouldn’t be the case with the other strategies.
