What is your comfort level with collaboration and the peer review process?
I find it very comfortable working with collaboration and peer review. These aspects promote mutual relationship on different projects and help individuals to adhere to the guidelines set. Additionally, individuals are able to exchange ideas and enrich the views of others. Collaboration and peer review ensure the creation of a high-quality manuscript following a transparent review process.
Have you enjoyed collaborating in the past?
Collaborating is an element that I have been involved with my colleagues in discussing the implementations of different projects. I enjoyed working with other people with different ideas, which became efficient in completing the projects. There was a lot of resource sharing and this enables the team members to overcome obstacles that would hinder goal achievements. Therefore, it was easy to form strong coalitions and networks to get the anticipated outcomes. In my perspective, collaboration plays a key role in unifying teams to work together and produce better results.

Do you have examples of good and bad collaborating/peer review experiences?
The good collaborating experiences that I have had indicated some elements of synergy, and it was flexible to interact with the colleagues. Therefore, it was easy to solve problems and adapt to changes that would enhance the capability to achieve our goals. By combining the skills and knowledge of each individual, we were able to accomplish more than working individually.
In bad collaborating experiences that I have had, a lot of time was wasted because each individual contributed to his or her timing, which led to a delay in achieving the anticipated objectives.
Explain how teamwork, collaboration, and peer review collaboration are different

The major goals are to ensure that I interact comfortably with my peers to give quality outcomes and share different ideas with my peers to allow better understanding. Another objective is to facilitate network building and reinforcement accountability to achieve more project objectives.
