Leadership is about influencing people and committing oneself to achieve set objectives through people. Passion is critical in leadership. A leader must be able to sympathize and empathize with others. For me, I have a passion for the goals that I set to achieve while undertaking any action ( Vuori et al., 2016). For me, a passion for a goal is the driving force for a leader. Passion for purposes enables a leader to mobilize the resources that are necessary to achieve goals and set out strategies to achieve the goal. A goal-driven leader strives to achieve the goals. With such passion, success becomes inevitable to both the leader and the organization as a whole.

A goal driven-passion will entail having the plan to ensure that every person within the organization understands the goal. Assessing the organization's goals and purse and orienting the organization's goals with leadership philosophy will be critical ( Gerleve& Flatten, 2019). To some extent, it could include changing the organizational culture so that it makes it easy for the employees to adopt the goal-oriented philosophy that the leader enforces in the organizations. Cultivating new culture and norms in the organization and among the employees could be the best way to ensure that they understand the philosophy and change when a necessity arises.

Technology is changing every aspect of the organization's process and operations. For a leader whose passion is to achieve the set goals, technology can be a critical part of leadership. Such a leader needs to understand the culture of technology in organizations ( Mueller, Wolfe &Syed, 2017). Setting goals to have advanced technology and train employees so that they know the technology used in the organizations could be the best way to lead. Since technology is now culture, a leader needs to be goal-oriented, set the goal to have new technology in place. They should also encourage flexibility and even train employees to ensure that they can quickly adapt to the latest technology in the organization.
