It give the employer an opportunity to learn the strengths of the employees and identify areas where they need to improve in order to increase efficiency. Through these processes, the employer can provide training sessions to the employees while examining the level of growth of employee’s career.

One of the best ways to perform a performance evaluation is the 360-degree feedback. This technique is effective because the variant feedbacks eliminate the chances of biasness. The variation of sources of feedback validate them while maintaining objectivity. Through this method, the employees have an intuition of how other employees and superiors perceive them therefore motivating them to do more. It is also a good method in promoting teamwork and communication between employees. The technique is also a good way to learn of individual characteristics from an external perspective through the feedbacks and learn on areas that need improvements and make adjustments on training needs. This is also a good method for organizations with huge number of employees where the managers or supervisors are not able to give an account on each and every employee and the workmates are a great source of feedback. It is also a good way for the respondents to reflect on the objectives and core values of the company as they answer the questionnaires.
