Human trafficking is one of the greatest challenges that affect the United States of America in nearly all the areas of its existence. The problems of human life form part of the significant reasons why eradication of human trafficking has proved to be a major challenge in the world. The worst challenge of human trafficking is the fact it mainly involves the children and the vulnerable members of the population such as women. Even though human trafficking needs to be stopped urgently, it is worth noting that sometimes it is done for the good of humanity. This assignment discusses the strategies that could be employed to find the best persuasive mean that would bring human trafficking to an end.

Strategies

It is evident that in almost all the cases it is the parents who send their children willingly to the smugglers for human trafficking. This is always done out of love and compassion for the children with the hope of securing a bright future for them. Making the poor parents understand that this is not the best way to handle their situation is not always easy. Convincing them would, therefore, need the provision of something substantive for their children, Therefore one of the best strategies of I provision and advice of alternative economic activities. Moreover, they would be made aware that using this status they would be aware of accessing the States using safer routes unlike the dangerous paths are taken by smugglers who may sometimes cost lives. The life and the security of the children are always considered to be a priority. Thus they would readily accept this option. It must be noted that this would not be an easy job as it would require convincing the parents who believe that opportunities only exist in America and not where they live.

Forewarning

The immigrants are not always easy to convince on the issue of human trafficking across the borders of the United States. In fact, they believe that the best chance for the survival of their children is by going through the border using illegal means. Therefore, one must be prepared to meet opposition in the process of doing this task of convincing. The case must be presented using different examples that are relevant to give assurance that this is the best option that the parents have for their children. Otherwise, it would be a perfect waste of time.

Conclusion

It is a fact that parents and especially mothers are the most useful persons in the journey of ending the act of human trafficking. Giving an assurance about the safety of the children back at home is used to finishing this act across the U.S. Border. Though it seems hard; this is a step that must be taken boldly by the local and national government.
