The treatment will focus on the identification and management of the cardiovascular disease factors with keen focus on the risk factors and any possible causes of hypertension. The physician must look to apply the appropriate blood pressure measurement measurements and further use appropriate monitoring methods to diagnose the infection. According to the ACC/AHA guidelines, the patient should be prescribed to a several medications. The doctor will begin by starting Lisinopril 10-12.5 mg daily (Tran et al., 2014). However, reassessment will need to occur after a one month period. Another medication that the doctor will need to start is amlodipine at 5 mg daily with reassessment occurring between three and six months (Antman et al., 2004). These medications will be important in limiting the risk of hypertension and some of the associated risks. Other than drugs, the doctor should prescribe physical therapy to ensure that they are relieved from joint pain. The patient can also receive non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs) such as aspirin as a way once a day as prescribed by the physician to enhance blood flow to vital organs. The patient can be provided with a host of analgesics which would help to reduce the body pain.

The medication given in the history is equally appropriate for the well-being of the individual. Since they have shown signs of arthritis pain, Tylenol 650 mg would be appropriate for their well-being of the individual given that they will need relief from the arthritis pain (Singh et al., 2016). The patient should be kept off penicillin as they have an allergy. The wine and smoking should be effectively discontinued to ensure that they reduce the associated risk factors.
