A research gap is an area of study that has some missing information hence limiting attainment of a definite conclusion. A key personal approach of identifying research gaps is by performing a comparison between the data presented in a research paper and the data that was presented in previous studies in relation to existing health needs. In this manner, I am able to ascertain the relevance of the data in the context of the research aims and objectives.
