The EPA acts as a compliance agency that states that all industrial and domestic activities are within the allowable regulation limits of pollution. The EPA works to ensure that all actors reduce environmental risks that can be associated with their actions. The agency acts as a regulator in guaranteeing fair enforcement of environmental laws to safeguarding human health.
