The world is facing a global pandemic that has an impact also on healthcare issues. One of those issues is health care cost and transparency. The global epidemic has put more pressure on the system, seeing as it demands more medical personnel, new training, equipment, and medical facilities. This calls for an additional cost. Health care facilities also face issues to do with a lack of transparency. In cases of a crisis, administrators and medical suppliers extend this problem for profits when procuring medical supplies (Munster et al., 2020). The department of public health can use outcome evaluation methods to assess how funds allocated for this purpose are put to use.

The one thing about the crisis that worries me the most is that Covid-19 it has no known cure. What gives me hope is that medical researchers may find one, and the crisis will end.

After the pandemic is over, the first step towards pandemic preparedness is planning and preparing resources for an emergency outbreak. This would be effective in controlling the situation. The Covid-19 test standards evolution affects health care professionals in that every time they evolve, they are forced to learn all over again. The process may be tedious and time-consuming.

The increase in the virus infections will impact on me psychologically mostly because of worrying. It will affect my family economically because they aren’t working, and it will affect professional working schedules owing to increased cases and physical strain. Facilities will suffer costs.

The latest verdict on the use of Chloroquine/Hydroxychloroquine is that it may still be used to treat Covid-19. However, it is still under research to assess its possible side effects before trials are conducted later.

Covid – 19 has limited social contact between professionals and clients. This is because health care providers have to wear protective gear when attending to them and maintain a safe distance.

The long term strategy may be normalizing such practices as social distancing and personal hygiene. This strategy may not prepare us for the next unknown pandemic.

The epidemic requires stricter measures when it comes to hospice care. As for mortuaries, coronavirus patients are not admitted, so there is a minimal effect.

Strategies to assist children include counseling and psychological and emotional support. Also, keeping them busy with other fun activities would help them forget what is happening out in the world.

Limited PPEs have resulted in health care providers getting infected seeing as they are in direct and contact with patients. This has then resulted in a shortage of healthcare professionals.
