The two case studies present different premises and problems that each of the individuals faces. The examination of these cases suggests essential information that can be helpful in future and practical solutions. This means that the outcomes inform physicians of the two cases and make better decisions when dealing with their patients. The case of Ray Martinez depicts his life with a broken leg, which he is informed by the physician to utilize in practices. However, the case of Ray shows that the patient values more time with their family as opposed to spending time in exercises. This shows his family concern, and thus the voice of the patient is heard by the practitioner. He is informed to engage in the Wi Fit such that his time doing exercises will be reduced. He enjoys the Wi Fit and continually uses it more than the practice.

This is different from the case of Barbara Martinez, a parent who operates once the family is asleep. She finds an email from Kaiser, inviting their family to a unique opportunity to join a given talk. She understands that Kaiser’s organization requires her advice to help her develop the company. Having known Kaiser for 14 years, she feels that her suggestions will be a crucial requirement in the institution, and she joins the panel on behalf of the family.

Applicability in today’s healthcare environment

Both cases are essential and can be applied in today’s healthcare environment. From Barbara Martinez’s case, it is clear that she intends to operate on behalf of the family, understanding that the family will not be concerned with the email. She intervenes on behalf of the family and operates towards helping other people remain relevant. She understands her intervention is necessary for the talk, and her involvement in the interviews will improve the overall qualities of interventions extended by Kaiser.

The case of Ray also presents exciting factors that can be applicable in today’s healthcare environment. The situation that Ray faces inhibits his ability to move and share family time properly. This means that the situation can be adjusted to allow Ray to decide about their healthcare practice strategies. Ray defines the best strategy that he will use to overcome the leg fracture, allowing him to remain relevant to his family while practicing proper healthcare practices. The case can be applied in healthcare practice, where the patient’s views are considered by the healthcare practitioners. Similarly, it shows situations where the doctors and healthcare practitioners can collaborate towards meeting the outcomes of the patient’s healthcare outcomes.

Main issues and problems

Ray’s case’s main issue is that he is unable to walk because of the leg fracture. The physician informs him that he should not stay without engaging in proper exercise, which leaves him in disparities. Ray is limited on time and prefers to spend most of it with the family members instead of exercising. He cannot spend more time exercising, and his development on the legs becomes relatively slow. As a result, the physician opts to inform him that he should try the Wi Fit and an exercise, which should reduce the number of hours to practice in exercises and invest more time in the family.

On the other hand, Barbara Martinez is a parent, and she finds that their family email is relatively full since none of the family members check the emails. She opts to explore it and finds an email from Kassier, a doctor she has known for more than 14 years. She obtains the opportunity to provide training and assist in decision-making, which she gladly and willingly takes. The problem is that the emails are not correctly read, which creates issues since opportunities are not entirely accepted. The case cannot be resolved since there is less time invested in family, and thus Barbara Martinez is expected to organize the emails alone, which is problematic.

Resolutions to the issues

For Ray, there are various possible resolutions. One of them is the use of Wi Fit instead of the exercises that he feels takes more time on him. Ray can continually utilize the Wi Fit platform and his relatives to foster an exercising behavior that will improve his health in many ways. An alternative approach is to combine both the Wi Fit and exercises, but with his family members involved in both. This means he will spend time with the family while meeting the requirements presented by the physicians.

For Barbara Martinez, the best resolution is to create a timeline within which she can have more time with the family, check their emails, and engage in activities that can improve their bond. The lack of a proper bond inhibits proper outcomes for the family, inhibiting their appropriate lifestyles. However, with improved collaboration, the family can develop an interest in ways to interact more effectively, thus reducing the emails and having better quality time.
