The social justice programs aim to enhance a world where all individuals live a safe and dignified life that grants them opportunities in inclusive societies and communities. Social justice strategies within the LGBTQ communities enhance liberty by providing safer societies with low or zero anti-LGBTQ discrimination levels. Such policies aim at increasing the security of LGBTQ communities. Most of the social rights movements associated with LGBTQ communities helped enhance equality, which resulted from the legalization of same-sex marriages within the country justice ( Daum, 2020) . Even with much progress in advocating for LGBTQ rights, there still exists much discrimination against the LGBTQ communities.

The strategies to achieve social justice for the LGBTQ communities must provide equality for the individuals and their families. This goal can be achieved with the help of local leaders who can implement strategies that enhance liberation among the communities. The county leaders who are mandated with the power to take action on humiliations faced by the LGBT communities can enhance a difference in their lives by advocating for justice (Daum, 2020). The local governments need to implement policy changes in the federal and state governments that advocate for the policies that can serve LGBTQ communities better and equally, just like the rest of the citizens. The policymakers should develop new ideas that enhance liberation among such communities and ensure that such ideas are adapted in other jurisdictions (Daum, 2020).

The state and local government should develop policies that advocate for equality and bring to an end the issue of exclusion. The exclusion against the LGBTQ communities hinders them from fitting in the society like other individuals by preventing them from accessing employment opportunities, the access to medically necessary specific healthcare meant for trans-gender populations as provided under the employee health care plans (Daum, 2020). The Government should advocate for such that enhance the protection of the rights of the LGBTQ communities. This step would remove the transgender exclusions in accessing the employee healthcare services.

The Government should implement strategies meant to protect the basic living standards of the LGBTQ communities from enhancing liberation within such populations. Most individuals from the communities can hardly access employment opportunities and survive from the small charities they collect from family and friends. Most of the individuals have the required experience in their field of work but continue to be locked out of employment opportunities (Goh, 2018). This aspect indicates the explicit forms of employment discrimination that exist among the LGBTQ Communities. Additionally, such individuals continue to face discrimination in housing and healthcare services. Preventing LGBTQ individuals from accessing their rights could pose a challenge to them in maintaining economic security (Goh, 2018). Therefore, the Government needs to develop strict policies and programs that ensure the individuals live under normal circumstances.

Policy implementations that advocate for social justice should enhance equal incomes among the LGBTQ communities. The income inequalities against the individuals make them earn low incomes leading to high poverty rates, food insecurity, high unemployment levels, and a significant risk of the families becoming homeless. The policymakers, which include the Government, should examine whether the LGBTQ communities receive adequate employment benefits that enable them to cater to their needs and their families’ needs. The LGBTQ communities do not receive certain benefits that the other employees access (Goh, 2018). Such disparities need to be done away with as a strategy to attain social justice.

Most of the LGBTQ face the possibility of becoming homeless due to the housing insecurities that they experience. The lack of proper housing securities results from discrimination in the homeless shelters and the rental markets. It is impossible to find that LGBTQ members take part in the housing programs due to high discrimination levels (Romero et al., 2020 . The policymakers should involve the Government in coming up with equal rights for the LGBTQ members to access equal housing rights just like other community members. A survey carried out by the CAP survey indicates that most LGBTQ members and their communities depend more on public housing assistance than non-LGBTQ community members. This data showed the discriminatory practices underlying the public housing benefits that prevent LGBTQ communities from accessing equal public house benefits like the non-LGBTQ communities (Romero et al., 2020) . Much research has as well indicated the high rates of economic insecurities that underlie the LGBTQ communities. They can only access the programs that provide basic living standards at a much higher rate. They deny the essential benefits such as Medicaid, public housing assistance, and unemployment benefits that harm the LGBTQ community (Romero et al., 2020)

Instead of denying LGBTQ equal rights like the other individuals, Congress and the state legislators should expand access and provide more funding for the LGBTQ community members to give the individuals the necessary support. This step would bring to an end inequality. The LGBTQ members, together with their families, have reported that the government programs that are meant to help the public only benefit a small fraction of the LGBTQ communities (Harper & Schneider,2003) . The Government should develop policies that help boost the wages of employees who live below the poverty level. It should focus on raising their minimum wages and enhancing fair scheduling practices. Enhancing equal supplementary benefits for the LGBTQ communities can ensure that the communities can afford food and adequate housing ( Harper & Schneider,2003). The equality act would provide the protection of LGBTQ from discrimination in all the formal ad non-formal sectors where they face inequalities.

It is without a doubt that the federal agencies are allocated with the responsibility to collect data on the received benefits, be it the unemployment or any other form of benefits distributed to the public citizens. Such agencies should be keen on the data collected among the LGBTQ communities on such benefits so as to help the policymakers come up with more informed decisions about whether or not the programs help individuals on an equal basis depending on the individual needs. The federal LGBTQ data inclusion Act should ensure that all the federal agencies collect data that is inclusive of sex and gender orientation that not only provides data on the LGBTQ communities’ receipt of benefits but the kind of data that can indicate the individual’s economic circumstances among the other needs that they could have Sell, R. L., & Becker, J. B. (2001). Such type of detailed information could help the policymakers combat the economic and other disparities faced by members of the LGBTQ community to come up with workable solutions that can improve their economic circumstances ( Sell & Becker, 2001).

Organizational leaders should implement workplace policies that enhance inclusion and recognize the need to support LGBTQ people to strengthen social justice. Badgett Work organizations should campaign for inclusive cultures so that LGBTQ individuals can access and retain their employment positions. Most of the individual s lose their jobs due to the high rates of workplace discrimination that make it strenuous for the individuals to stick to their jobs (Badgett et al., 2013) . Workplace equality is an essential aspect that should have the attention of policymakers. Business owners should enhance progress towards more significant inclusion policies that include the LGBTQ people to achieve inclusion and diversity. Society at large should socially accept the LGBTQ communities to enhance social justice (Badgett et al., 2013) . Most of the individuals receive less acceptance from society, unlike the people who are not LGBTQ. Such factors affect the well-being of individuals due to the need to have a sense of belonging. The fact that society accepts the LGBTQ communities could provide less room for such individuals to face discrimination that they experience from the public (Badgett et al., 2013)

In conclusion, even with this much progress in advocating for LGBTQ rights, there still exists much discrimination against the LGBTQ communities. Enhancing social justice among the LGBTQ communities would enhance equality in economic security and help the individuals to revive themselves from the high rates of poverty and the matters concerned with food insecurity. The government agencies need to collect adequate data on sexual orientation and gender identity as a way of addressing the disparities that face such communities. The LGBTQ members, together with their families, have reported that the government programs that are meant to help the public only benefit a small fraction of the LGBTQ communities. The Government should come up with policies that help to boost the wages of employees who live below the poverty level, and it should focus on raising their minimum wages together with enhancing scheduling practices that are fair. It is unfortunate that LGBTQ members, together with their families, do not receive the benefits meant to solve their financial disparities. The current federal attacks on the LGBTQ communities that prevent them from accessing some benefits as well as providing them with harsh employment requirements should be brought to an end as such practices harm the LGBTQ communities. The federal Government needs to cut the benefit limitation practices and work on expanding the benefits allocated to the LGBTQ communities. Additionally, other policies that are meant to achieve economic security among such communities should be implemented to cater to the LGBTQ communities.
