Developed countries have the capabilities to come up and fund research in the medical field that has seen most of them come up with better ways of handling common diseases by different means to prevent mortality in such countries. Alternatively, these countries have the capability to fund research on the new outbreak of new illness and find preventive mechanism before such disease invade the country, this increase life expectancy.

Consequently, in some countries which have a stable economy, there are better ways which are used to provide quality healthcare, which is the best way to improve quality health as asserted by Chetty et al., (2016). These countries have better healthcare equipment such as advanced X-rays, scanning machine research devices which are used to do extensive research on the new incidences of diseases and a preventative mechanism to curb this disease incidence. According to Murray et al. (2015), the country hygiene is critical. In most developed countries, hygiene is a priority. There is a direct connection between better health and hygiene. In such countries where life expectancy is high, there is maximum cleanliness observe in the environment and its components such water, animals and many others which reduce zoonotic diseases and other diseases breakout such as cholera. Lastly, there is a better life due to low cost of living, which contributes to a better diet to reduce nutritionally related disease and improve overall individual life.

In the areas which lag behind in healthcare and life expectancy, better healthcare system should be encouraged. For instance, the government in such countries should come up with medical insurance coverage which should be subsidized to reach citizens. Through this strategy, citizens will be able to access medical care and other extensive care at low cost, which is very important in increasing life expectancy. Other strategies to improve quality and health care access are also important and should be employed to increase life expectancy (Murray et al., 2015).
