Plausible data reveals that employees form the core of all business since they can produce company progress or contribute to a company’s failure (Świątek, Borzemski, & Wilimowska, 2018). Employee and employer relationships indicate complicated associations which prove strenuous to manage. When compared with customer relationship management, employee relationship management proves morchallenginglt to undertake. Integrating an employee relationship management into a business management system helps cultivate cordial associations between employees and the bosses subsequently boosting competitiveness and efficiency.
