“ Multidisciplinary”
Discipline means a field of study. Hence, multidisciplinary is a course of study where people from different disciplines work together each giving ideas from there disciplinary knowledge. It is basically combining several academic professional ideas to approach a problem. Multidisciplinary is an investigation to a problem using hypothesis from a combination of many academic approaches, fields or methods. Multidisciplinary approach to solving problems is very common in developing countries as it uses a progressive scholarly progress. Scholars from different scopes of study are used to a given problem and are reliable t one another in order to develop a clear cut conclusion to the problem.
A team of individuals who are professionals of different fields of study can be invited to analyze a problem and among themselves arrive at an appropriate solution to the problem. In developing countries the parliament used multidisciplinary approach to come up with solutions on state budgeting, participatory research, cross cultural research and much more. The parliament is able to plan on how to allocate finances to different states or constituencies as a result of combined ideologies from different representatives in the parliament. When the parliament comes together to discuss the allocation of funds to this constituencies that shows multidisciplinary approach to a problem. Multidisciplinary approach to a problem is more efficient way to approach a problem as it combines disciplines from all fields including politics, phycology, sciences and even financial experts. Sociologies use this approach on empowering the poor and address the social injustices/ inequities. Decisions based on multidisciplinary approach are more logical and social justice is easily approached as a result of inclusivity.

“ Interdisciplinary”
Interdisciplinary approach to a problem involves solving a problem or addressing a problem that is too broad or complex to be dealt with by a single discipline or profession. It mainly involves decisions based on thinking across boundaries. Interdisciplinary approach involves researchers in the goal of connecting several different professions or technologies along with their specific tasks in the pursuit of a common task. Student using this method of approach are able to apply the knowledge gained in one discipline to another different discipline as a way to deepen the learning experience. Students are able to make better choices on which courses are reasonable to study which happened through allowing them to choose for themselves subjects. There learning is deepened when they reflect on the connections between what they are learning in different disciplines. For example, it is common to find disciplines that combine literature and English, arts and history, sciences and mathematics. Necessity for collaboration of educators and professions is one of the major barriers towards achieving interdisciplinary approach but this can be minimized if they agree to work together to serve a common purpose and help in decision making.

Farmers by themselves cannot manage to sell there produce without the help of marketers. Hence, professionals from this two fields come together and help each other achieve whatever their purpose is, the farmer to farm and the marketers to sell.
