The operations during the transportation logistics need to be within the budget of the company as it should not surpass. Environmental impact and Consumers' value judgments affect the whole transportation plan. If there is a delay in delivery due to harsh environmental conditions, the consumers will have negative feedback. But still, the company has to be within the stipulated budget despite the challenges of timely delivery due to harsh environmental conditions. Thus, the weight should be on the issue of cost as it is the main priority.
