Improving the systems and environment is also a strategy that has been used for health promotion programs in the community. The team must then identify the people to carry out the task, and this can involve the team members as well as the members of the community to help in carrying out the task of improving the health literacy amongst the population (Salsberg et al., 2015). The team also need to include the timing and how long the action plan will take place. The right timing is important in promoting the success of the goal of the team.
Also, an action plan needs to identify the required resources for the program to work. Because the problem is the limited health literacy in the target population, effective training and support groups can be used to increase the knowledge of the target population and help them make healthy life choices. Public education can be organized in a variety of ways, including community meetings, training, courses, and many other methods that best enhance the health literacy of the population.
