Types of Qualitative Research Design
In this qualitative research study, the authors used two designs to establish the results and make a conclusion based on the research questions. The first approach is interpretive descriptive. The interpretive descriptive is a qualitative methodology that encourages the researchers to consider insights from multiple data collection approaches. Using Interpretive Description allowed the researchers to go beyond mere description as it aims to provide an in-depth conceptual interpretation of a phenomenon. The second approach was the observational design that the authors used while assessing the interaction between the medical personal and the telemedicine technology that was being evaluated.
Results Credibility
The results of the study were drawn after a thorough investigation and interviewing professionals on the topic of discussion. Therefore, the research results could be credible based on the credibility of the research design that the authors did during the study. For this study, the participants are among the professional healthcare individuals who were in the survey. The health care professionals were recruited from the intervention arm in the ongoing cluster RCT to ensure that they were all applying a similar form of telemedicine. Giving more time for each session during the observation was done to ensure that there was completeness news and accuracy on data collections. The degree of the plausibility of the data, in this case, is assured by the fact that participants are trained medical personal and the fact that it is done in different environments, therefore, eliminating bias that could result from environmental factors.

The implications of the research
The authors clearly define the implication of the research study. The research study implies that telemedicine can be a useful evidence-based approach to managing diabetes ulcers among patients at home. The importance of telemedicine in this context is it increases communication between the medical providers and the patients to ensure that there is proper management of ulcer diabetes, such as wounds at home.
The new insight of understanding diabetes management from technological points of view is critical to both nurses and ulcers diabetic patients. The revelation from this research study sensitizes the patients on better control of the disease. The patients, therefore, understand that despite their environment, they need laptops or smartphone to manage diabetic ulcers, such as wounds in the correct approach. For nurses, they get ton understands that telemedicine provides a right evidence-based approach for managing ulcers diabetes at home. Following the issue, in this case, has a high chance of enhancing situation competences. For patients, they understand what to do or how to present their cases while communicating with the medical offices. For instance, they can be able to develop competencies on the use of web-based ulcer record to monitor and communicate to the medical person in charge. For nurses, understanding the research study in this article provides them with a chance of developing competencies at a situational level, such as developing skills and competencies to direct clients and educate them on how best they can monitor and manage their diabetic ulcers at home.
The Effect on the Reader
From the readers' perspective, the results can be plausible based on the fact that it was observational and interview that the research did under different environmental conditions. The participants were allowed to engage with the patients, as the researchers were observing. After that, they were interviewed based on their experience with telemedicine in different environments. Therefore, the procedural approach and a series of activities to ensure accuracy are realistic in the eyes of the reader.
The point where the readers’ imagination is drawn to the experience is where the patients and the nurses interact by using the web-based ulcer record. An interesting finding, in this case, is that nurses did not feel comfortable using this web-based tool to its full effect because they were limited with some confidentiality matters. In this case, the readers' attention or imagination is drawn into thinking that the nurses need to understand more the web-based tool and use it more too coaxed answers from the patients that could help in managing their situation better.
The results
This study aimed to investigate how a telemedicine intervention was applied in different practice fields and what implications might be drawn from observations of its application in managing diabetic ulcers at home. The results indicate that despite its effectiveness in managing diabetic ulcers among patients at home, telemedicine varies with environment and its applicability among nurses demand more resource and training to enhance its efficiency. Furthermore, the results reveal that nurses can embrace telemedicine as an evidence-based approach to managing diabetic ulcers. However, they tend to fear the dehumanizing that is likely when the hospital incline towards technology. Therefore, it limits their interaction with telemedicine.
Researcher Identify the Study Approach
The study is qualitative research using a descriptive and observation design to get data from the participants. The researchers selected the two models after understanding the need to study the interaction between the patients, the medical staff, and the telemedicine as a way to define whether telemedicine can be an excellent tool in managing diabetic ulcers at home. The interview is the primary means of collecting data. It is appropriate for this study because after observing the entire interaction between the nurse and the patients, it was good to get first-hand information from the medical staff on their perception concerning the effectiveness of telecommunication in managing the disease. Content review is the data analysis process, and it was useful because the data collection was an interview.
The significance of the study
From the literature review, using technology such as telemedicine as an evidence-based approach to managing a condition such as diabetic ulcers comes with a lot of challenges. They include its usability among the nurses; the perception generates among medical personal and its applicability in different environments. Therefore, the literature review supports the study that aims to understand whether telemedicine can work well among nurses and can be used in any setting as an evidence-based approach to managing diabetic ulcers at home. The study’s contribution is the revelation that telemedicine is indeed a critical evidence-based approach to managing diabetic ulcers at home. But training for both nurses and patients is necessary to enhance its effectiveness.
Sampling
The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling of health care professionals in both home-based care and in an outpatient clinic. The researcher had authority and controlled the study sample by restricting sampling to professionals and using only seven participants for the entire session. However, the magnitude of the research was significant, and using seven participants could not reveal a reliable result. However, the human experience is expressed through people’s participation in the interview and the ethics of the research study.
Data Collection Procedures
The researchers score very high in explaining data collection. It begins by observing the activities taking place and unfolding to the researchers. The researchers then get into the second part of the study, where they interview the study participants to understand more their reaction to telemedicine. The researchers' role is, therefore, observing and interviewing the participants as well as coordinating the entire research study to ensure that it aligns with the purposes.
Analysis of Procedures
The study used content analysis procedure to analyze the results. It is such an analysis that guides the direction of the sampling during the data collection so that the researchers could get a small sample that could generate ideas and solutions that are easy to interpret and understand faster. The ways of managing data are less mentioned in the paper. The results end with detailed results where the reader needs to read, understand, and dissect to come up with a meaning.
Data
The data that the researchers use to make conclusions form the foundation of the article body and topics of priority. For a reader, this research exposed the person to technology in medicine and how it works positively to transform the healthcare sectors in the productive, more connected, and more desirable.
Applicability toa Course
Because the authors promote the use of an evidence-based approach and insist that a smartphone or laptop is what the patients need to stay in good condition to manage ulcer wounds, the research study implies that any person in this situation can use the results from the survey to keep safe from diabetic ulcers under the similar situation described in the article. The patients suffer from a diabetic wound. Therefore, the results can impact their health or wound management immediately. Teaching both the patients and the nurses on the best ways to manage diabetic ulcer wounds using telemedicine is an example of the best way to implement these results in a clinical setting.
