My community structure of choice is the organization of the joint venture. It is a business entity formed by more than two members who agree to pool some of their resources to ensure that they raise the amount required to actualize a business idea. The members agree to share their realized profits, risks, and inputs in the business. Joint ventures organization’s shared vision ensures that every person is financially stable and make sure that they provide enough goods needed by the customers. A plan is structured to ensure that they can follow it to achieve their dreams and have the same voice as a group.
Joint ventures have employees perform different tasks of producing well for the company. Supervisors are responsible for assigning and evaluating and coordinating various tasks and also ensure that every employee participates ( Parameswar , 2020). If present, volunteers in the organization are motivated by a stipend salary and be appreciated due to their hard work.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Some advantages and disadvantages arise from the plan described above. One advantage is that there is no confusion as everyone is aware of their job description. People also work with unity to achieve the goal as one. Lastly, there is the production of quality goods because of the harmony of the employees. The first disadvantage is poor decision-making as there are many people to decide and have different views. The diverse perspectives might also pose a challenge when sharing dividends and profits due to differences in contribution. As such, the partners should ensure they focus on the positive side to achieve the best and their goals.
