Justice: What's The Meaning Of Justice?

I do agree with the findings of the department of justice. I tend to agree with the results from the department because the findings are based on facts. Due to inconsistency in the witnesses' account, the department of justice of other ways of establishing the truth. They used autopsy, forensic evidence, and ballistic analysis approach to solve the case. According to the findings, Wilson's account was at par with the results and consistency with some of the eyewitnesses whose accounts were consistent with physical evidence. Also, the Wilson account was consistent with the physical evidence. Darren stated that he shot Michael Brown because he perceived a deadly threat. By analyzing all the evidence, the Wilson account was found credible. It was beyond a reasonable doubt that he was telling the truth. The incident in Ferguson town involved racial stereotyping. According to the department of justice findings, law enforcers are more likely to gun down a man of a color suspect than a white man who is a suspect. The biasness leads to a more skewed outcome. In Darren Wilson's testimony account, he applied racial stereotyping by characterizing that brown was unstoppable and could kill him by one punch even though the injuries were not as severe as depicted. Besides, racial injustices go beyond the use of force. African Americans are more likely to be arrested for drugs. Also, the black inmates make up a disproportionate number in the prisons. The perceived overreactions by the police against the black community, it has created distrust and fear for the law enforcers. There is a deep skepticism that blacks are more likely to be involved in crime, which the criminal system in the United States employs. The case for Brown happens because the assumption was that since he was black, there were high chances that he was a hardcore criminal. It clearly shows that the blacks were highly discriminated especially in the corridors of justice. The justice department profiles the race black as dangerous. For example, the massive percentage of people who have been pulled over and stopped on the street is overwhelming. Besides, the generally harassed without reasons by the police are the blacks and the Latinos. Therefore, the highest percentages of these people suffer because they belong to a race that is considered dangerous and more likely to commit crimes at a higher rate. This fact is bothering and calls for urgent action as far as justice for all is concerned. The immediate riots in Ferguson were justified. The leading cause was years of tensions between the Fergusons minority community, municipal government, and the police. Before browns shooting, black Americans in other states were experiencing police violence in addition to historical injustices against them. According to the report, the police department infringed on the rights of the people, especially African Americans. They experience mistreatment from the police, courts, and the municipal government. Also, the riots have voices to many other minorities who suffered in silence.
