There are some evidence and resources tested to improve the medical sectors enhance partnership with the patients, therefore, improving safety and quality work in the medical departments. The following are answers to the questions during the development of a report on kidney disease (Chang et al.,2016).

According to the health report produced in the last three decades, there has been an increased loss of death and sky-rocketing of the health care cost. The cost and damage of life result from kidney diseases amongst the people in the United States. How do these stats differ by race? 

An increase in racism has plagued the health care industry in the US. The cases of discrimination have increased during a kidney transplant. Campaigns and laws have been introduced to increase the racial equivalence in enhancing kidney transplant among the public in the state (Chang et al.,2016).

How does this state differ by gender? 

The cases of kidney disease in health care mostly affects males compared to females. It means that sex hormones determine the susceptibility in the progression of various kidney injuries. Arguably, the estrogen produces multiple impacts in the body systems leading to many alterations in the hemodynamic resulting in kidney diseases in males (Chang et al.,2016).

How do these stats differ by risk factors? 

High blood pressure and diabetes represent the most leading factors in causing kidney diseases. A diabetic patient has challenges in the production of insulin. When the hormone does not produce too much sugar, it stays in the bloodstream leading to kidney disease. In the cases where the mammalian heart needs more energy to pump blood, it leads to injuries in the blood vessels. The casualties of the blood vessels in the human kidney lead to kidney stones (Chang et al.,2016).

How can report the disease to be misleading? 

In some cases, the report may be somewhat misleading; for example, a study may link some drug companies in the production of narcotic substances. The health companies would somewhat bound with the creation of incorrect results in the treatment of kidney-related disorders.

Importance of research steps .

The main objective of conducting research is to enhance effectively churn out the most significant elements in a niche. The analysis must favour the present and future research studies considering the arising environmental conditions. In some cases conducting the research tends to be somewhat challenging though it sometimes tends to be somewhat challenging. The research aims must lead to the advancement of society. The study must provide a complete solution to the challenges facing the audience. It must enhance knowledge, therefore, improving skills and know-how about the research project to the audience. In the presentation of the research findings, it’s always imperative to effectively present results in research.

On the other hand, the project must balance both the individual and the collaborative work. The collaborative work involves the work that has already performed by the previous researchers while the individual research represents the work that is being conducted by the students. The presenter of the examination must know the audience. Here, the audience must know the names, jobs and their general interests. The client must also tailor his presentation to the audience. The knowledge enables the client to understand the topic to present to the audience.

The steps enable the client to build a strong rapport with the audience. In a case where the presenter needs to answer a question for instance in a question and answer situation, the presenter may point out the name of the individual asking the question. In the second step, some presenters do not effectively tailor the entire research presentation. In such a case expect the audience to think the relevant part of the research critically.

Improvements 

The health departments should focus on the main challenges affecting the health sector. They are supposed to clear the air by preferring on the central issues is the health sectors tends to be a broad issue. The departments share the same costs during the development of the entire systems. The hospital should take charge by taking the full spectrum medical issue (Chang et al.,2016).
