Bearing this in mind, it is the mandate of the organization to have these vulnerable individuals protected from harassment and discrimination from the fellow workers. The company has done no wrong in letting people acknowledge the existence of vulnerable members within the workplace and channels to follow to respect their values within the organization.

Ethically, the organization is still on the right track to implement the diversity policy. According to utilitarianism, the best action or the morally correct action is that which brings utility or happiness to a good number of people (Sheng, 2012). The company is acting as per utilitarianism philosophy. The company is considering the protection of some employees who many are discriminated within the enterprise. In this in case, it is the majority of people who may be affected in case the policy is not implemented in the institution, this may not be ethical. Alternatively, the success of the organization which may stem from the new policy that is the diversity will bring success to many workers within the organization. The company expects nothing less but a warning g and suspension for any workers who may not be in line with these issues since it would be injustice in case one objects matters that matter in the life of their colleagues. Within the capacity of every individual within the company, maximum cooperation is expected, and nobody should expect to go against the policy and get free since it will be interfering with entire organization value, mission and vision.
