Maddyson fresh, flesh and dairy is a processing company located in Washington D.C. The company majors with meat, fresh and dairy. Washington D.C is a strategic location for such company due to its advanced agriculture firms around that are enough to produce all products required. Moreover, the area is highly populated with large cafeteria outlets. The organization is divided into three departments. Dairy; the department deals with sales of milk, yoghurt, fermented milk, cheese, cream and a cold beverage. Flesh; come with all edible animal meats such as pork, beef and mattock. Fresh; sells all garden products such as spinach, cabbage, onions, tomatoes and all kind of fruits. Maddyson fresh and dairy concentrates on seven marketing plans. These include metrics, budget, market strategy, target market, market research, competitive analysis and perception of the brand in market place.

Mission Statement 

Maddyson fresh and dairy works under a mission that encourages continuity of useful life. The working mission statements states “life is awesome to enhance optimism, green is sweet to inspire healthy society and processing best quality products is not harmful”. The mission statement is strategically edited to satisfy stakeholders, customers and employees.

Goals 

Maddyson fresh and dairy company works under a well-established broad goal. The primary goal excel is expounded into different subtopics. The company aims at selling quality and satisfying products both offline and online. The sales department aims at selling at least a thousand products online and offline in three days. On the same time, the outlet will work extra hard to promote customer relationship through referrals, word of mouth and local marketing. The main aim of selling and retaining customers is to create a net worth of $1 million in two months.

Short term goals 

Maddyson fresh and dairy aims at nourishing both in the market and financially. The first goal is to win a minimum of six thousand return customers both online and offline. The actual tracking of customers will be analyzed by the number of websites downloads and the statistics on offline customer’s registration form. The company also looks at the adoption and demand rates of their products. In the next year, the company targets to have spotted the most selling product in all seasons. Moreover, the sales and marketing departments aim at compiling all products depending on their demand pattern in a different period of the year.

Long term goals 

In five years’ period, the company aims at hitting the highest sales of fresh and dairy products in the entire Washington D.C. moreover; we aim at registering the highest wealth rate in the industry. An increased market share will identify the above goals. The target share of market ranges between 37% to 43% of entire Washington. Moreover, we aim at introducing customized products due to customer demand. Lastly, we aim at maintaining a competitive advantage in the market by capturing an average of 66000 returning customers.

Environmental Analysis 

Despite the growing population of Washington D.C, several environmental factors have impacted the business either positively or negatively. These elements include political, economic, legal, competitive, technological and other sociocultural forces. The company’s functioning is occasionally affected by the random change of external forces. Naturally, the environmental issues can either boost or demoralize growth.

Competitive analysis 

Mainly, the company’s competitors remain to be related organizations and the public market. In this case, the public market is more popular due to its negotiations features. Technically, the number of traders in an open is high hence forcing the value of the products to varying from one point to the other. This case has hugely comprised the consistent of customers to the firm’s stores. On the other hand, Caleb’s company has been a well-known fresh and dairy company that hugely operates within Washington. The existence of the company introduces a marketing issue due to its success in the past twelve years.

Economic Analysis 

Currently, the economy of Washington is vigorously growing due to increased job opportunities. The factor has dramatically boosted the growth of a stable market. However, the business cycle in the region has played a significant role in the existence of unpredictable sales through the year. In most cases, some factors force the customers to avoid the products due to the instant shoot of their prices.

Political and Legal Analysis 

Due to increased fraud, the government has employed new regulations that govern all the processing and manufacturing industries. In this case, the government ensured that all products are certified before they are consumed. In this case, we are unable to sell products from the garden due to the time-consuming procedure. However, the government has favoured us through the creation of new trade regulations. Currently, we are allowed to make sales online and offline without any hindrance unless trade licenses are expired.

Technological Analysis 

Recently, the leading promoter of the company’s trade is the existence of reliable internet connectivity. The Internet has helped the organization’s online customers to access or products in the company App. On the other hand, the internet has made marketing goal achievable.

On the contrary, the new technology lifecycle has ruined the efficiency of the company’s App due to the frequent updates required. During this period, the customers are unable to access the company’s websites hence affecting the firm’s sales negatively.

Sociocultural Forces Analysis 

The sociocultural forces such as education, cultural limitation and lifestyle have negatively affected Maddyson fresh and dairy. In this case, customers are accessing knowledge on healthy feeding hence ignoring frequent intake of the company’s products. On the hand, some customers are restricted to their cultural beliefs that discourage the consumption of several products.

SWOT and Needs analysis 

Companies cover several dimensions when strategizing a working plan for the company. In this case, the most critical concern is the SWOT analysis. These analyses include the strength, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the company.

Apart from low cost, the company also delivers all products purchased instantly at the customer’s doorstep.

Weaknesses 

Currently, the store is unable to offer sample products to all customers. On the other hand, the website's developers have delayed updating the mobile application. On another basis, we are out of enough human resources due to increased activities in the company.

Opportunities 

Currently, we can find favorite distributors who correctly sell the goods on the company’s behalf without using the organization’s brand name. The new technology has also played a significant role in the marketing field by producing vending machines. The machines will help in selling products in different locations at a small fee. Lastly, the introduction of rack jobbing is an excellent opportunity for the sales and marketing department whereby they create a long-standing distribution route.

Threats 

Maddyson fresh and dairy is experiencing external threats based on competitors, new technology and political factors. At first, the government has discouraged foreign investors and private agencies from buying shares owned by small firms. The advanced technology is also a threat whereby customers are accessing recipes for some products hence depending on their home-made goods. Lastly, different companies have launched thus reducing the rate of returning customers.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Maddyson fresh and dairy is a dedicated company aiming at giving its customers a rare experience. Besides becoming the leading company, we also target giving immense advantage to society. These goals have been achievable by analyzing all factors that affect the company’s normal functioning. Moreover, the company has valued SWOT analyses hence getting a chance to take every real opportunity.
