For instance, I would advise them on the adoption of new media such as social media for advertising, which according to what I learnt in mass communication, is both effective and highly affordable. This will ensure target, as well as potential clients, know what the company is selling and at the same time cost the company less money, compared to using advertisement channels such as television. Through mass communication, I am more conscious about message medium, and modes of abs option of mass media. This is because a message is vital since it determines the success and effectiveness of communication. Similarly, the medium used is also important since times have evolved and different people rely on information from a variety of sources, thus media. Modes also determine how fast and effectively messages are relayed, thus making information relevant and timely. This will hence positively influence the manner in which I dispense media as the company’s executive administrative assistant to improve communication within and outside the company.
