Question One 

Mental Health America of Greater Dallas is a community-based program that strives sensitize people about mental health issues in the community. Mental illnesses in the United States are high with pressure from workplace and the cost of living. According to Crane et al. (2019), the suicide rate among teenagers stands at 17%. The statistics get even worse for the minority individual, such as African Americans. Three of these people, according to Rodwell et al. (2018), face suicide attempts every day, and this brings the issue of mental-ill-health awareness in the country. It why Mental Health America has programs that target the mentally challenged individuals. The organization is a community-based program whose target is helping people with mental problems. Since 1947, Mental Health America of Greater Dallas health advocate for the mentally ill individuals through different programs targeting their wellbeing in society. The organization advocates for the mental health individual through educational programs and availing resources for the mental health individuals. 

Question Two 

Parents sometimes face a big challenge to understand when their children suffer from mental illnesses. As started by Assor, Feinberg, Kanat-Maymon & Kaplan, (2018), such women need exposure to programs that enhance skills that can help them understand how they can identify when their kids with mental conditions. Therefore, coming up with programs to increase awareness about mental illness identification and management among parents could be a good step towards helping children who suffer from mental health issues. The program’s design should target parents. For the program to succeed, the first step is collaborating with the local community’s services institutions, such as schools, health centers, and churches. The second step is training teams and disbursing them the local institutions ( Wallace et al., 2018). The next step is to rely on such institutions and set camps where these people will be meeting mothers and training them on how to identify children with mental issues. These programs should also include a team that does psychological screening, mental therapy, and counselors. These teams will meet mothers and educate them on how identify mental issues in children and also gives them tips to manage mental health issues among children.

Question Three 

Chicago city can prevent violence by implementing education programs targeting youths. According to Antle et al. (2019) youths are prone to violence because they are active, hence indulge in aggressive behaviors. Thus, education programs would help young people know how to solve their conflicts, and this would reduce violence among them. Another way is to come up with programs that equity and equality regarding services provided in the states (Types of Intervention Strategies). Finally, the city can reduce violence by implementing programs that target to reduce drug abuse, increase education initiatives, enhance trauma-informed response, and resilience ( Berryman, Ferguson, & Negy, 2018). 

Question Four 

For proper strategic planning, integrating proper budgeting is appropriate. However, some issues come alongside such an idea. The first is the breakdown of productivity planning at the lower level of the budget process. The next issue is the possible fluctuation in the noteworthy change in volumes that are driven by the division, and the third issue is that the volume of the supplies is a critical factor that drives the major supply expense. In this case, projection thereby becomes a critical factor in determining the volume of supplies to cut down the expenses and reduce wastage in budgeting. For the accounting aspect, cost accounting is critical for the planning procedure ( Janotha, 2019). Understanding the cost of all variables and supplies is vital for determining the value of the entire planning and anticipating what people need during the process.
