Snohomish County deputy prosecutor, Chris Dickinson, is facing a second criminal charge originating from a supposedly drunken night at a legal meeting sometime in June.

In regards to sexual assault, the behavior of the victim, her character and credibility need to play a primary role in charging the decisions. For most of the sexual abuse cases, there usually is very little evidence connecting suspect to a crime. Additionally, there is almost always no eyewitnesses. For example, the woman who reports that the deputy prosecutor grabber her breasts had no eye witness, she stayed for much longer before reporting her abuse. Therefore, for the sexual abuse case, the chances of conviction mainly depend on the ability of the victim to properly articulate the scenario and convince a jury or judge that sexual abuse occurred.

Therefore, the assessments by the prosecutor's ability to convict and the decision to charge depends on the depictions about how the victim’s character, and behavior can be evaluated and interpreted by other decision-makers and the jurors if any (Frohmann, 1991). There are pictures doing rounds of topless woman who is in unconscious state with men surrounding her and taking advantage of her (Dickson’s girlfriend). Dickson’s girlfriend is reported to have taken a boat across Lake Chelan to her room hotel. She was arrested in the process, and the sheriff reports that she was intoxicated, and she had her breasts exposed. These behaviors confirm that the victim’s behavior could be wanting, and she could be intentionally fixing Dickson. She is definitely not a genuine victim in my determination. Dickson’s girlfriend behaviors and background have certain negative stereotypes, and she cannot be taken seriously. Her allegations are, therefore, to be taken lightly.

Dickson, on the other hand, has engaged in lots of misdemeanors, including tasking advantage of women when he is in drunken status, driving drunken and sexual advances to unwilling partners (Stanko, 1988).
