Emory Healthcare University adopted a mission statement comprising nine components. These components include employees, public image, self-concept, philosophy, survival, growth and profitability, technology, markets, products/services, and customers.
1. Employees: our on the ground nurses, clinical officers, doctors, technologists, and support staff are “on a mission” to help improve customer satisfaction.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
2. Public image: we strive to maintain a positive relationship with the community as well as general public members.
3. Self-concept: For customer satisfaction, our support staff, as well as the health care professionals, are one of the best in the industry.
4. Philosophy: we guarantee our customers the utmost care as well as a courtesy as our motto is Following the Golden Rule.
5. Survival, growth, and profitability: we offer services at low as well as affordable prices for excellent customer value.
6. Technology: We use some of the novel technologies such as nanotechnology and nuclear medicine for more exceptional customer experience.
7. Markets: our services are meant for both the local people as well as the international community.
8. Services: we offer both inpatient and outpatient services 24/7
9. Customers: we serve all patients with chronic as well as acute illness.
Our distinct component is the technology we use. Our organization is the only that uses nanotechnology as well as nuclear medicine in the region. This distinctiveness has allowed the organization to handle some of the most complicated health problems. Our technology has also allowed us to attract most healthcare professionals specializing in the line of nanotechnology as well as nuclear medicine. Our markets have also embodied our distinctiveness as we serve customers within as well as outside the continent.

According to Feliciano (2019), the organizational goal is vital in enabling the organization to offer the best care as well as services. These services set the community standards, as well as exceed the expectations of the patients. All organizations have unique attributes, and these attributes rely on the use of components of the mission statement. These components entail keywords or phrases in the mission statement. Emphasizing on explicit mission statement components is critical in every organization. Mission statement adopted by the organization embodies distinctiveness, including the organizational focus on ‘setting community standards’ as far as quality and service goes with an added emphasis on ‘exceeding’ patients’ expectations.

Mission statement briefly describes an organizational existence. The difference between companies is clearly illustrated and thus serving as an identity mark. The statement also recognizes the range of the organization’s processes in market terms, service, and product. Illumina’s mission statement steers the organization to be the top marketer, developer, as well as manufacturer of life science tools. A good mission statement should contain the mission components. These components are the organization’s philosophy, Target markets, customers, Principal services, and Confirmation of the organization’s preferred self-image.
