Question 1
The Patient Protection and Affordable Act (ACA) has positively impacted my life and family in accessing medical services. Here, ACA ensured that families like mine received health insurance coverage at low and affordable rates (Cheng et al., 2014) . The following are examples of ACA's medical services: buying medicine at low prices, free contraceptives, and free preventive screening. In other words, the aim of the Act mentioned earlier was to ensure low-income families gain medical insurance, hence able to access the medical services when in need of them with their children under the age of 26 years old. I strongly believe that the legislation Act mentioned above came into place to serve US citizens' interests. Currently, approximately 20million American citizens can easily obtain medical services through medical insurance coverage resulting from ACA. Also, medical services are crucial to people since it promotes their chances of survival.
The repealing of the ACA due to the current politics would cause massive negative impacts on American citizens and the general healthcare system. Here, research shows that doing away with the Act would lead to an average of 19.7 million Americans resulting in no medical insurance coverage (Cohn, 2020). Lack of medical insurance may lead to deaths and the presence of an unhealthy population within the nation.

The following are some of the sources I would use to find a suitable candidate for the Medical Coding supervisor position; visiting various available career sites such as career builders where people post their resume and other personal achievements, and LinkedIn website.
