How do you view the image of nursing?

In the perception of self, I tend to believe that the image of nursing is in a poor state. The nursing field is facing severe challenges that the current nursing leadership has failed to conquer these challenges for the benefit of increasing the standards of health care ( Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, 2016). However, I believe that the nursing field can improve its image through identification of gaps present in the nursing setting and create strategies that will upgrade the image of nursing.

What would be some marketing strategies to promote the positive image of nursing?

The nursing leadership will implement digital communication strategies that will assist in building the image of nursing (Ventola, 2014). The forms of digital marketing will include the use of social media which tends to have a large number of users where the nursing leadership will communicate the role of nursing and strategies they are currently implementing to improve the service delivery in the nursing field.
