This is a risk for weight gain if it is not normalized to stay within the ranges. It is also clear that my sodium intake is very low as compared to what am to take on a daily basis. To slightly increase the sodium intake I will increase the salted nuts intake as well as canned meat so that I do not fall very low in the intake levels.

It is evident that my protein intakes exceed the maximum levels on a daily basis. This contributes to weight gain as they are stored up in the body tissues. My sugar intake is quite commendable as in most of the days in the week of analysis my consumption was within the range. It was informative to learn that failure to reach the daily calories levels can be threatening to the general health and thus skipping of meals s not a healthy practice. I need to increase the vegetable and fruit intake as snacks and eliminate bicarbonate drinks which have high sugar levels and calories.
In conclusion, for me to reach and maintain my desired weight, I should be able to monitor my dietary intake and my lifestyle. Exercise can be helpful in getting rid of excess calories but sedentary works requires ingesting of low calories which can be consumed with the nature of work.
