Discussion Prompt 1
In the United States of America, obesity management has become a high-priority behavioral change topic in the twenty-first century's healthcare and nursing. One of the predisposing factors associated with obesity is the dietary factor (Arulappan, 2018). American citizens may contract obesity from dietary factors such as developing a habit of consuming high-calorie foods regularly. The other factor is the family factor, which involves the contraction of diabetes owing to the genetic inheritance from parents (Arulappan, 2018).
One of the enabling factors leading to obesity is the socioeconomic ability of an individual or a family (Susan et al., 2017). Usually, financially capable families have better means to provide healthier diets for their children compared to the low-income ones. The other enabling factor is the societal stigma against obesity (Susan et al., 2017). Stigmatized individuals may be depressed, and therefore, it becomes difficult for them to focus on the management of obesity.

One of the reinforcing factors in the management of obesity is the intention of controlling weight (Susan et al., 2017). With such an intention, an obese individual actively takes part in managing the condition. The other factor is the attitude towards management (Susan et al., 2017). With a proper mood, an obese individual is more likely to desire to manage their weight.
Discussion Prompt 2
One of the international health campaigns that have been the most effective is the World Water Day, which is organized by the United Nations and scheduled on the 22nd march every year (World Water Day, 2019). In 2019, the theme for the world water day was "Leaving no one behind." One of the most apparent features of the campaign is its connection to research and connection to statistics related to water drinking across the globe (World Water Day, 2019). The United Nations used different media for the campaign in 2019, including social media platforms. The availability of the campaign across various media sites enables its effectiveness (World Water Day, 2019).
An example of a health campaign at the national level is the Man Therapy from Colorado, the United States of America. Man Therapy is an interactive campaign that employs humor to explore problems such as divorce, stigma, anxiety, and depression (Grit Digital Health, 2019). The issues have been reported to contribute to most of the suicide cases among working-age men in America. The main features of Man Therapy are that the campaign is available on most of the American electronic media, targeting community development and use of coordinated strategies such as humor to solve health pitfalls (Grit Digital Health, 2019). Man Therapy has been effective due to its multilevel approach strategies to health problems.
