In the final analysis of the organization, I will share my whole experience with the team, and especially on the leadership of the organization. The Clinical Manager (CM) was leading a team of nurses to perform their roles in the dialysis center. It is through their guidance that the organization was moving in the direction of achieving its set goals and objectives.
Observation
Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. It is the responsibility of the Clinical Manager to ensure that such situations are solved amicably to ensure that the dialysis center is not derailed from attaining its objectives. One of the conflicting situations was concerning the decision-making process in the center. Often, there was a conflict about the final decision to be implemented for the various matters at the center. Some team members expressed their dissatisfaction with the decisions that were made. Despite their participation in decision making, some felt that their opinions had not been taken into consideration. This always brought conflicts in the organization (Clinton,2018). Another scenario that caused frustrations is when the CM is attending to an urgent matter, then all of a sudden, a team member came to consult on something. At times the CM is engaged such that she cannot leave the patient they are attending to respond to the demands of the team member. Some team members seemed to be frustrated by such happenings. As part of the team, the team members ought to learn the demanding nature of the nursing professions. They should give ample time to their colleagues when they are attending to a patient and avoid disrupting because this could interfere with the process being undertaken.

Reflection on the Nurse Manager’s Role
The Nursing manager has a responsibility to perform in leading a team of nurses in attending to the patients that are under her care. My initial impression of the manager’s role was that the position is more of a supervisory role. However, with my interaction with the Clinical Manager, I noted that they take a leading role in putting efforts to improve the quality of care that is offered to the patients. In her role, the CM provides an opportunity for her followers to learn and improve their knowledge and skills. This will prepare them for more prominent roles in their career progression. I also observed that The CM is always in constant communication with the members of her team and always gives timely advice to the nurses whenever they consult on a matter pertaining treatment of the patients that are under them. Through these actions, the CM gives motivation to the team members to work towards improving their knowledge and skills and thus being able to perform their roles more confidently. More importantly, through her actions, she can mentor the team of nurses and enable them to be able to perform great tasks on their own. This is enhanced by the fact that, at times, the CM delegates duties to some of the team members in attempts to give them responsibilities and prepare them for a leadership position as they grow in their careers.
Professional Development
A Clinical manager (CM) position is a role that many nursing professions wish to attain. The role allows the position holders to develop their leadership skills as they lead a team of nurses in giving medical care to the patients. The position involves making critical decisions that relate to the care that is taken on the patients in the dialysis center (Sullivan, 2017). However, the decisions are made after consulting the team members, thus leading to the best decisions in each situation. This scenario motivates them to feel as valuable members of the team. Further, it helps in creating excellent working relationships with the team members and thus creating a conducive environment that will facilitate the organization in achieving its set goals. In my observation, I also noted that the leaders play an essential role in mentoring other professionals to gains the knowledge and skills that they need in performing their roles. As such, leaders contribute significantly to their professional development. Any role that will play a part in contributing to the career development of another professional is one that is rewarding and fulfilling. The leader’s responsibility also entails ensuring that all the roles that are supposed to be performed at the dialysis center are performed effectively. Throughout their education, nursing leaders are taught how to become better leaders. As such, they are expected to acquire leadership skills that will enable them to succeed in their respective roles. A CM plays a vital role in leading the team members in ensuring that they give the critical healthcare that patients are supposed to be accorded.
Conclusion
Ultimately, it is evident that CM plays a critical role in the organization. It is through their guidance that their team members can be able to take optimum care of the patients that are at their disposal. CM should have the required skills that will ensure that the team can work together to attain the objectives of the organization. They should have excellent communication skills that they would use in passing directions and advice to the team members. The CM role is ideal for the professional development of a nurse. Through the position, an individual can acquire the leadership skills that are needed to lead a team of fellow professionals in performing the required tasks in the dialysis center. Thus, the role creates an opportunity for the leaders in the organization to develop not only their leadership skills but also their professional skills.
