Organization: Being Organized at Work

As a worker in the criminal justice system, being organized in the office and the field is a major expectation. For someone to have proper organizational skills in the office, it means he or she is doing things in order. It can also be taken as a tendency to operate in orderliness. It is more of common sense to get bountiful benefits if trust and work output are concise. That is to say, being organized fosters nothing but success at work. Notably, working in a criminal justice system requires a person to earn the trust of colleagues to be able to handle things that need confidence. Imagine presiding over a case, but colleagues have shallow faith bestowed into you? It would be a nightmare to you as a worker. For optimal results, a person must do things in order. Being organized is an essential tool for leaders. According to Argyris (2017), leaders are supposed to be organized regardless of the position one holds in an office. In the same token, Senge, Hamilton, & Kania, (2015), denote that the system of leadership mandates a person to be patient and organized for better results. Having reviewed the two articles in detail, a common visible theme is the discussion on being organized at work. At the same time, there is the discussion on techniques that an individual leader can use to foster the growth of a firm, especially when it is undergoing transition. In both articles, being organized is useful in promoting a positive image as well as productivity. 

I agree with the concepts in both articles. Specifically, Senge, Hamilton, & Kania, (2015) delve much into patience as one trait of being organized at work. Moreover, they note that being organized creates a sign of identification. I believe that it is practical to be respected at work, especially in a criminal justice system, as a majority of cases may need patience. It would be feasible to go slow to unearth the right results! The article study the results gathered when leaders work hand-in-hand with others in collaboration to find a better result-a characteristic of being organized. 

In application to my situation, being organized fosters positive growth and enhances productivity-principles that can be of great help to me in my career. Individually, as an employee in the criminal justice system, I would strive to cultivate a positive attitude before my colleagues as this would foster collaborative work and respect. Similarly, being organized would encourage my productivity in dealing with justice issues. For a viable result to be obtained, it is often feasible to work in collaboration and with lots of practice. In the final analysis, the criminal justice system deals with different people and the need to be seen positively is crucial as a worker.

In the final analysis, the criminal justice department needs a person to be organized to carry out his or her duties in the best manner possible. The analyzed articles shed more light into the issue. First, I realized that working out duties in an organized manner fosters productivity and co-workers would tend to see you positively. Specifically, in the criminal justice system, solving cases is the order of the day. Therefore, it is almost a mandate to be organized and behave with modesty to draw some signs of trust on your side. People will tend to develop some respect for a person with symptoms of being organized, and collaboration will be made easy. In the same token, patience is crucial as one aspect of being organized. It means that everything is given ample time. As a result, few mistakes are made.
