Primarily, a medical doctor would first perform a genital examination that seeks to locate the testis inside the scrotum. In such conditions, a physician would use laparoscope to bring the testicle into proper position in the scrotum . Pediatric-undescended testicles may be caused by defective conditions of the maternal womb which sometimes restricts normal growth and development of the fetal organs ( Ellerkamp et al, 2018 ). Moreover, conditions such as Down syndrome or even defective abdominal walls in expectant mother would cause undesired physiological development for instance, undescended testicles.
