The personality type obtained point to the existence of a tremendous power that can be used in the manipulation of others with a certain level of extraordinary salesmanship and unique interpersonal skills. In this regard, such personality attributes can be beneficial in facilitating positive leadership influence in a healthcare environment in the sense that the leader will always find it comfortable and convenient to influence his or her followers and those working under his or her leadership to work towards the legalization of specific objectives. Besides, leaders having this particular type of personality traits tend to have a general belief about their dreams where they view them as enabling and helping means towards the attainment of the leadership goals and objectives (Adams, 2009). 

Leadership in a healthcare environment is something that calls for a broad understanding of various issues as well as any new information that concerns advancement in the health sector from a global perspective. In this respect, the specific personality type obtained is capable of enhancing the features and qualities of effective leadership among the staff operating in health care set up since the kind of leaders described by such personality types are global learners to a greater extent. Slight preference for Extraversion over Introversion 

As gleaned from the assessment, this personality type implies a slight display of outward energy towards things and people. In this case, individuals with a slight preference for extraversion over introversion tend to obtain their motivation from other individuals since they often seek to acquire a considerable amount of stimulation as well as significant expression of emotions. Slight preference of extraversion is a demonstration that individuals often have the desire to bring about change to their environment rather than think about change. As such, individuals with a slight preference of extraversion will always tend to desire to have a wide variety of options from which to make their choice whenever it is convenient as well as having a higher liking for the adoption of approaches that embrace achievement and action. Furthermore, such individuals often find themselves displaying a confident and relaxed attitude (Adams, 2009). 

Slight preference for Intuition over Sensing 

According to this personality type, individuals often have a lower tendency of paying more attention to things related to physical reality which include those that they can touch, hear, smell, taste and see. They rarely take note of facts and they can easily always easily forgetful of valuable information and details. They are not likely to be interested in having the practical perspective of things an issue. This personality type implies that an individual will tend to pay more attention to the patterns and meanings or the impressions of the information obtained. In this case, the personality type described by a slight preference for feeling over thinking implies that an individual has a slight tendency of making decisions based on specific primary considerations namely taking note of the feeling from their hearts, consideration of the feelings displayed by others and taking note of social considerations. This kind of personality type enables an individual to view life from the perspective of human existence whereby material things are regarded as being subservient to such a perspective. Individuals who prefer to do things from the perspective of feeling rather than thinking often tend to be driven by emotions and the value of the realization of harmony through initiating a tactful interaction with other people. In some cases, individuals with a slight preference for feeling over thinking may be seen as emotional and unreliable by those who embrace thinking over feeling (Adams, 2009). 

Marginal or no preference for Judging over Perceiving 

Individual with a personality type that implies marginal or lack of preference for judging over perceiving have the tendency of using their decision-making ability to influence issue in their lives whether such issues are associated with feeling or thinking. In most cases, this personality type enables individuals to have a preference for leading an orderly and planned kind of life whereby things are easily or conveniently organized and settled. Such individuals will always desire and work towards ensuring that things are brought within their control as much as is practically possible ( Mayer & Skimmyhorn, 2017).
