In history, one of the most notorious leaders was Adolf Hitler. Throughout his rule, he viewed his country, Germany, negatively, and he advocated for change. He felt that his country was taken advantage of, and he was working towards rebuilding, strengthening, and bringing prosperity back to the people he served. Hitler aimed to create a supreme race. It was a race that would be strong, built to last, and viewed each other equally. Also, measuring his practical leadership skills was based on the economy, many supporters, and Germany's military. Hitler was honest to his aim, had excellent communication skills, and could delegate his points. Thus, he was an effective leader.

Joseph Stalin was an effective leader as he led his country towards exemplary achievements. By the time Stalin came to power in the Soviet Union in 1929, his government was only a decade old and was weak and backward. Stalin did most fighting against Germany in World War II. He did a lot in defeating a military that overwhelmed Western Europe with effortlessness. Nonetheless, after the war, Stalin led his country towards military terms and one of the world's strongest nations. Only an effective leader could take a developing nation and show it to be a world superpower.

He is globally recalled as a leader who could verbally wrestle other agitators till submission. Research regards Reagan as a standard-bearer in communication and leadership. Also, his public approval is higher now compared to when he left office. The public considers him to be among the most outstanding American leaders, which puts him in a position with leaders like John F. Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Roosevelt, and Thomas Jefferson. His personality force and acts and decisions as a president were great enough to still exist in American people's minds and hearts. He was a great leader because he was strategic and had a grand plan, and was willing to let citizens think about what they wanted concerning him. Reagan liked the values of Americans to be popular and had a powerful way of responding to challenges. Reagan also knew that through spreading and safeguarding democracy outside America, it was the best ideology to protect American citizens and the freedoms they enjoy today.
During war times, Dwight Eisenhower acquired his five-start in leadership as he proved to be an effective and diligent leader who could strategically think. After World War II, he became the Colombian University president and later the American 34th president. Nonetheless, Eisenhower never became a good leader from his charismatic ways but was brilliant in making decisions with sweeping visions. Also, he became a leader since he had an extraordinary way of maneuvering in political circles. For instance, Eisenhower chooses to move agendas forward and advocate for things to get done instead of advancing his ego. He teaches several critical ways in his leadership ( Reicher, Haslam, & Platow, 2018 ). One is not to take yourself seriously. It means that a leader should take their jobs seriously and not themselves. It also means that getting along with people helps in getting things done.
Another thing is that; leaders should never order people around. According to his belief's leadership did not come from mandating actions and barking orders. Instead, leadership is about a conversation that deserves respect and listening from both angles. Therefore, President Dwight Eisenhower was an effective leader who considered serving people more than himself.
In conclusion, the above leaders were diverse and believed in different models of leadership. Nonetheless, the leaders portrayed the qualities of good leadership in one way or the other. The leaders are still inspirational to the American people and other nations at large.
