According to Center for disease control and prevention report, more severe effects were reported in pregnant women than women who were not pregnant. Pregnant women with COVID-19 were admitted to the hospital five times more compared to positive women who were not pregnant and had a high chance of going into ICU for close attention ( Ellington, 2020) . Most recent statistics from the Center for disease and prevention reported that Hispanic COVID-19 cases almost equal that of white positive pregnant women.
