The reliability of public transit is a crucial factor when adopting this option. Many customers of mass transportation have complete dependence on these means to reach their destination. Any failure or unreliability whenever companies provide these services drives towards reduced productivity at the workplace, loss of jobs, damaged reputation, and actual destruction of property. Additionally, public reason plays an essential role in adopting mass transportation; hence, the government should invest in awareness creation. All in all, customer satisfaction is the key while implementing mass transit in the United States.
