The different approaches to professional development include mentoring, coaching, insightful supervision, consultation, technical assistance, and lesson study.

Conflict management, on the other hand, entails controlling the negative traits of conflict and increasing the positive characteristics, aimed at enhancing group consequences and learning ( Tomey, 2009) . The analysis of the concepts of management is usually by the task the manager does. As such, we get to know the management process describing what a manager does. We can divide the work of management into some essential management functions. These are planning, organizing, controlling, and directing.

The determination of the objectives and creation of the plans, policies, programs, standards strategies, and standards required to arrive at the anticipated goals of the organization is planning. Even though every organization runs on its grounds, planning is a critical concept that every organization must embrace. There is an allocation of resources and inputs required either material or human done towards various units, creating relations in the sub-units ( Spaulding, Gamm, & Griffith, 2010) . Planning sets the path the business will follow. It involves the different factors that may have impacts on an organization and its operations. The organization considers the S.W.O.T analysis of the company during the planning process. Major areas factored in during planning are such as in the financial sector, employee pool, the assets of the company, process of selection, and many more. The concept of planning should be efficient for the organization and practice.

Another concept of management is organizing. It is a process in which there is a structural development, among people, whose function and the facilities available executes the plan and accomplish the set objectives. The management must organize the resources it will use to implement the plan, once they have set the targets ( Spaulding, et al., 2010) . Since an organization is a series of the different relationships between employees and outside entities, the management should be having a harmonized link between the various components, rather than a concept of battles and wars. One way of organizing a business is the allocation of tasks.

Directing is a management concept that ensures that there is communication between the heads of departments and a great motivation to ensure that the various teams are all going into the right direction just as planned ( Spaulding, et al., 2010) . It enables motivation in the organization, making the employees carry out the actions required willingly as per the plans set. Motivation is an essential tool of directing To attain the desired results. Some of the commonly used motivational tools a company may use include bonuses, incentives, commissions, prizes, vacation packages, and many more. A good manager can understand the communication process, hence know how to solve the problems to create an excellent interpersonal relationship ( Aula, & Siira, 2010)

Controlling is the final management concept that guarantees directed actions as per the plans set ( Spaulding, et al., 2010) . It includes establishing the standards, measuring and comparing the actual results against official results, and taking the necessary actions to correct the deviation.

There are many different ways of solving conflicts, including looking for a neutral mediator, who will listen from both parties and make a final judgment ( Aula, & Siira, 2010) . Another way is separating the people from the conflict through finding the root cause and dealing with it ( Aula, & Siira, 2010) . Getting the problem clarified and getting a good understanding of what the problem is can help resolve a conflict ( Aula, & Siira, 2010) . Exploring all the options available to solve the problem is another method to resolve the dispute ( Aula, & Siira, 2010) . Settling to a neutral agreement of fixing the problem is another method of determining the conflict.
