The researcher intended to design a health-focused that is focused on the growth rate of the job of the registered nurses. It goes to the extent of explaining the new nursing job options and empathizes on the increased job options in the nursing workforce. For instance, the median salaries for nursing jobs increased especially in the West and Northeast particularly Washington, DC with the highest salaries, while lowest median salaries are evident in other states. There is an interesting statistics in the Top 50 Metro areas where the highest median salary is found in San Francisco. There is a higher population of male nurses, and increased quality and capacity of the nursing schools.
The tools and instruments used in the research in the collection of data from various sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S Dept. of Labor, Health Resources and Services Administration, the Forum of State Nursing Workforce Centers 2013 and other several sources. All these are standard and credible sources for data collection. These are organizations that only collect data after a thorough survey, hence the reason why they are globally accepted (Ary et al, 2018). There is a quantitative collection of data from these sources, and there is much authentication in the analysis with respect to the current nursing scenario (Palinkas et al, 2015).
