Data Review Based on the Case Study 

The case presented tries to examine the situation of quality and critical issues related to the mentioned hospital. It is not that the healthcare facility has tried to abide by the Joint Commission standards by adopting new strategies that the management believed would help it become competitive and a leader in the healthcare industry not just in the U.S but across others nations in the global economy (Lloyd, 2017) . The existing statistics reveal that the history and physical (Hp& P) help in determining the level to which changes should be made to meet the set quality standards. The requirement is that healthcare facilities should be able the history and physical records should be available in the health records of the patients. This should be completed within 30 days (Sherwood & Barnsteiner, 2017) . Another important data document that needs to be availed is the operative reports (OPs).

The best conclusion that can be made based on this analysis is that a lot of services should be enhanced to meet the standard thresholds. 

Recommendations
