Race and ethnicity are terms that seems be used interchangeably since they seems as synonyms of the other. In the society, the term race is used to judge a person by the view of abilities, qualities and characteristics to that race. However, some determine race by outward and physical appearance and especially the color (Kirton, 2016).. Ethnicity on othe other hand is considered the tribe or part of a community that one belongs to. People who never grew or adapted to the communities norms and practices get discriminated because they get viwied as foreign.
Some terms when used to describe certain groups based on ethnic or races, have contributed negative impacts to our society (Law, 2016). For instance, according to raacees, some aree reffered to as blacks based on origin and skin color. The minority groups when given some discriminatory tittles feel inferior. In my life, the terms have affected me although indirectly. With friends from diverse areas , I could miss see the terms directed to them. It is painful to be forced to do some dities as well denied some essential services.

The topic of Hispanic racism occupies a lot in the topics of racism and prejudice. If I get considered as a Hispanic an am not, I would never listen and instead avoid where possible. The Hispanic too derseves to get recognized since they are not animals. If I get associated with Hispanians, I would thank and appreciate those involved in brandig names. I would stand against Hispanophobia to avoid fear, htred of, distrust off and discrimination agaainsst The Hispanic people (Kirton, 2016). Discrimination, racism, ethnicity are disstiguished terms that are used tto disregardd hhuman and beehaaviourr.
In conclusion, judging human being according to appearance or origin should be stopped to enhance equality and interactons. The color should not define any person and charaacters or behavior should not be based on color or place of origin.
