Analysis of the service reimbursement for the organization (state, federal, insurance, and private pay) 

Johns Hopkins Hospital that is located in Baltimore City in Maryland is a health facility that totally works together with their employees as well as all the patients that come to seek for their services. The American based hospital is ranked position 9 as the best hospital in the United States of America and it is also an organization that has a number of rewards not only to their employees but also to the other personnel. The organization has made sure that their employees are subjected to a variety of reward packages which are under the service reimbursements. The employees are provided with a dental reimbursement which includes a total of three dental insurance plan options to choose from that are accompanied by small deductions and co-insurance ( Johns Hopkins Medicine, 2019). The reward package does not end there since they are also provided with tuition reimbursement in addition to the dental one which is this time meant for encouraging them to seek educational opportunities. This will not only add to their personal knowledge but also increase their skills in regards to the healthcare industry. Finally, the employees are added with an employee retirement plan as part of the service reimbursement that provides them with a pension plan.

Funding is another sector that has really been considered by the hospital. This is a sector that plays a vital role in maintaining and keeping the hospital running on a daily basis. Johns Hopkins Hospital just like any other organization requires funds in order to run its research as well as its other activities that take place daily. Therefore, the organization has made sure that its funding will come from different people and various areas which serve as their main source. For starters, the main sourcing for the organization funds is mainly from royalties as well as philanthropies in conjunction with willing donors. The funds are used in research processes in order to advance and offer quality healthcare services to their patients ( Arnaboldi, Lapsley, & Steccolini, 2015 p8). The state together with the federal government is also its additional contributor to its overall funding which serves as the main sources covering a bigger percentage of the total funds. These funds are well controlled by the hospital to ensure a healthier nation that will contribute positively to the country's economy. Finally, the hospital also receives funding from the healthcare industry which also contributes a significant amount to the organization.

Johns Hopkins Hospital has been successfully accredited the joint commission which serves as the national hospital's accreditation institution in charge of conducting a three-year interval onsite reviews. This is not the only way since there are other organizations that are in charge of the accreditation process such as the individual programs as well as other departments that have been given the task of maintaining accreditation in regards to their respective regions, state and national associations ( Shanks, 2016). Additionally, most of the workers and other staff members of the Johns Hopkins Hospital including physicians have also been able to attain personal recognition particularly from their professional peers and other well-established organizations. In addition to their inner recognition, the hospital has also been able to achieve various institutional awards one being from the Baltimore Magazine in November 2018 where their doctors were highly recognized as top doctors. The hospital has been additionally ranked as the top 3 in the national level by the US News in the year 2018 in August (Johns Hopkins Medicine, 2019). The Johns Hopkins Hospital has over the years been awarded and recognized by various institutions in the US and that has greatly served as their encouragement to maintain their position and their good reputation. Those are just but a few situations where the hospital has been honored and recognized nationally. 

Regulation 

The Johns Hopkins Hospital has been a much-disciplined organization due to the rules as well as regulations that tend to govern it. The hospitals have been over the years able to maintain the policy of adhering to the various policies and standards that exist in the health services departments which are known to encourage equal gender and age opportunities. Some of these departments include children and families, workforce development departments as well as all the other federal and state regulations that have been set aside for the healthcare industry in order to regulate service delivery and non-discrimination in the employment sector. Johns Hopkins Hospital is an organization that is operated in regards to integrity and compliance program that emphasizes ethical behavior as well as honesty in the clinic. The organization and the staff in charge of the ethical issues have provided the staff as well as its clients with an overview of their ethical guidelines. However, the main marketing strategy that the Johns Hopkins Hospital has chosen to use is online marketing through its website and social media platforms. The hospital's website has been the basis of its online marketing since the time it was started and it has since then been of high value to its marketing strategies. The hospital has been making it easier for their clients to get answers to their queries through their website and this has really increased the number of online users who access their website and later visit the hospital for further assessment (Talib, Azam, & Rahman, 2016 p12). Having this high number of online users and the growing technology, the company now wants to start using its social media handles in order to widen its marketing needs and reach a wider market at the same time. Unlike any other common website, the organization has made it sure that the navigation tools through its website are easy to navigate and operate in order to make it efficient and reliable. Through paid adverts, the company is now willing to widen its strategy to YouTube links as well as Instagram and Twitter.

The Johns Hopkins Hospital brand has experienced significant growth since the death of the founder. The services at Johns Hopkins Hospital have been centered on mainly focusing on combining outcomes that are not only excellent but also of high quality to the patients which have been highly ensured by the powerful brand (Johns Hopkins Medicine, 2019). This means that the hospital is a powerful brand that is patient-centered. Its branding has also continued to be well valued by the patients since they are aware of the fact that the company puts the needs of the patients first and they work hard towards maintaining that value. 

Community and employee involvement 

Partnering with the community in order to work together has been the main idea for the hospital for the longest time possible since they are sure that it is the only way to ensure a healthy community. They want to be part of the community since they are aware of the fact that it is where they live and work in. they have joined hands with the community to ensure that they live in a healthy environment that is also suitable for their children as well as help them meet future demands ( Talib, Azam, & Rahman, 2016 p12). The communities as well as the employees are also involved in most activities regarding the hospital and work towards achieving its future goals. Through this involvement, the hospital is able to learn and evaluate each patient on an individual level since they know them from their residential level.
