State departments of health have continually partnered with various institutions in an effort to curb chronic kidney disease. The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) has been on the forefront to fight this lifestyle disease. While NACCD does not have a Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) council, it has been at the forefront to address the two main leading causes of kidney failure and CKD; hypertension and diabetes. This paper discusses some of the leading national organization resources that are committed to curbing and controlling the spread of CKD. The paper analyses the service offered by the institutions, the fee schedules, and the criteria for eligibility, where applicable.

National Kidney Foundation 

The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is among the leading American organizations that are committed to promoting awareness, treatment, and prevention of chronic kidney disease for millions of Americans who are at risk. This foundation is the pioneer of research and innovation, and it focuses on the overall wellbeing of a patient by ensuring good health of the kidney. The vision of NKF is to enhance the lives of all individual who are affected by or at risk of kidney disease.

Registration Fees at NKF for interested Stakeholders

Fee Schedule for Registration
