This is a great job you’ve done. From your writing, I pick the point that a nurse should sit for a certification exam as one of the resources to enable them become a Board Certified Nurse Executive. Personally, this is certainly something that I am planning to do.
One of the resources that every NE needs to become better at the practice and improve their personal knowledge is the Internet. Through the Internet, it is possible to access legitimate websites that provide information relevant to our career planning commitments. One such example of an informative website is the American Hospital Association. The site provides information on numerous topics such as facilities management, health information technology, materials management and nursing leadership ( AHA Online Store , n.d.).
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Secondly, mentors are another valuable resource for career planning. Some people would want to attend a nurse leadership executive mentorship program. Such a program brings out life changing experiences and provides learning opportunities for a prospective NE (Biglari, n.d.). Most important is the need for a prospective NE to establish mentoring relationships with professionals in the field that can provide advice periodically regarding the practice. Additionally, public libraries are an important resource too. We can sign up for library membership in the nearest public library in our respective towns and always walk in there and read publications for the practice of nursing.
