Hospitals and other health administrators need to be managed by professionals who are entirely qualified in understanding medical processes. Health services can be found in nursing homes, private hospitals, or in any form of Health Corporation. Health care administration is the progression of leadership and monitoring towards all the departments, divisions, and units ( Wager et al., 2017) . Health care is intricate and dynamic since many health care organizations were made to achieve health goals that could not be met by a single person. Besides, the services to be provided in a healthcare organization need the coordination of more than three unique and specialized departments required to toil together ( Dainty & Sinclair, 2017)

The administrators should consider the external and internal domains as they carry out tasks and make decisions. The external fields refer to the needs outside the organizational boundaries, such as the population in need of health care, community beliefs, and commercial health insurers ( Dainty & Sinclair 2017) . On the other hand, internal domains refer to the conditions that the administrators focus on daily, such as maintaining health quality by having sufficient staff and financial matters ( Wager et al., 2017) . A health service administrator's primary responsibilities include tasks management, human resource management, financial management, communicational management, and legal obligations.

In operational management, a health care manager needs to have a plan and a functional structure adjusted to fit any technological changes in the hospitals. The facility's staff and operation are under the manager and maintain a safe environment for staff. The second responsibility of a health care manager is human resource management. The managers view the employees as an essential part of the facility since they occupy the most important positions ( Wager et al., 2017) . The managers are encouraged to recruit qualified personnel and motivate them frequently to get quality services. Another responsibility is the legal proceedings in a hospital. The administrators keep on par with the current legal changes concerning health. The managers design the procedures to be followed in case of a standard compilation is against them. The fourth responsibility is communication ( Dainty & Sinclair, 2017) . The health care managers control the information department and al internal and external communication around the facility. By having an open communication line, operations can be executed swiftly and proficiently, allowing unbiased suggestions and complaints from the staff. The managers should consistently remind the stakeholders about the facility's goals, missions, and visions.

The clinical manager is the ideal position in a health care service. The clinical managers are in charge of the most vital departments in a hospital, such as surgery, nursing, and therapy. Most of the time, the clinical managers oversee the implementation of goals and monitoring individual staff to bring the best out of them ( Wager et al., 2017) . Besides, the clinical manager develops a report on the budgets concerning the hospital's progress and overseeing equipment purchase and keeping the staff informed about the community's health changes. The clinical manager's position is the most challenging since it links the team, health care, and the community to deliver efficient health services. The USA statistics predict that health care jobs will project at a high rate within the next ten years due to the increased population ( Dainty & Sinclair, 2017) . Within the time launched by the government, a person in the position of a clinical manager will have gained more experience in delegating tasks as appropriate, enabling them to rise to a more challenging role of a physician assistant.
